Extended Email Campaigns Service

Our clients have already enjoyed great success with our email marketing services, and now we have launched a new range of more powerful tools. The latest additions will help boost response and improve the customer experience.

Our new services include:
 
Event based emails
We can email your clients on a given event, i.e. five days before their birthday we can send them a special offer (e.g. 10% off in store). On the day of their birthday we can send them a personalised email or SMS.

Multi Email Campaigns
Email campaigns have traditionally always been quite linear in nature in that the same email was sent to your customers about a special / eNewsletter. However, with our new service, we can now track and follow up based off specific events.

How this works is we send your initial email as usual, but we put in a number of triggers that will set off further emails or SMS's.

Example 1

You send out a campaign to your customers inviting them to visit your online store. As part of this offer you may have a percentage off certain products.

We then automatically:

  1. Send a follow up email to anyone that opened your email
  2. If a customer expressed interest in a given product (e.g. clicked on a link), we may include in the follow up email information that is relevant to the product they clicked through to
  3. Make a record of the customers buying preferences in our database so that we may target them more effectively in the future.

Example 2 - Events

Say you're running an event (e.g. a seminar series) and after you send your initial email advertising event, the following things could occur:

  1. Anyone that opens your email is automatically sent a follow up email say 7 days after your initial campaign.
  2. When a user registers (which we can now also handle) the database is automatically updated so that the user does not get any further “sales” emails (you know how annoying it is to get a “reminder” to attend an event when you've already registered!)
  3. Two weeks before your event an automatic email is generated to event attendees containing some information about the speaker (or perhaps things to bring etc). This helps keeps your attendees excited in the event and also acts as a further reminder that the event is on.
  4. On the day of the event an SMS is automatically generated reminding the attendee about the event.
  5. After the event an automatic survey can be sent out inviting the attendee to provide feedback.

The new extended email campaign services are really about getting maximum results out of each campaign you send.
